Sometimes we can feel the darkness closing in. We can feel our wheels spin deeper into the mud.
Bruce Springsteen employs the lyrics:

You are not alone.
You are not alone in feeling this way; nor are you alone in having to deal with your plight. Some folks feel that no hope exists.
Here’s a breath of good news: you are NOT one of those people.
If you felt to your core that there was no hope, why would you be on this website reading these very words? Why would you be searching the internet with words like “depression” or “counseling”?
Contacting a counselor can be daunting. What if they cannot relate? What if they cannot help?
The question in return: what have “what if’s” ever resolved? Amongst others elements, sometimes we all just need passion in our lives. . .and sometimes we need that passion to come from another.
Done.
